Media Credentials

Thanks for your interest in covering SOVREN race events.  A limited number of trackside credentials are issued to photographers on assignment from recognized media outlets that provide race coverage.  Recognized media outlets include newspapers, magazines, news services, racing publications, and television.  Internet-only sites may be considered for approval if they regularly report on motor racing or automotive-related news.  If you would like to be considered for credentials, please have your assigning editor submit an email to pkrohn@yahoo.com requesting credentials for you in advance of the event. The email must include the media outlet name, the editor’s contact information, intended scope of coverage, photographer’s name & contact information and the specific SOVREN event.  Previous proof of published racing coverage from within the past year may be requested.

A limited amount of photo and journalist credentials with access to the paddock and spectator areas are also available for those that do not qualify for or need trackside access.  There are many good opportunities to shoot and report events from these areas.  Please feel free to contact pkrohn@yahoo.com if you need more information.

SOVREN does need time to evaluate each request, so please have your request submitted at least 10 days prior to the start of each event.  SOVREN appreciates legitimate media coverage; however, application for credentials does not guarantee approval.
