SOVREN, the Society Of Vintage Racing ENthusiasts, is a Seattle based non-profit racing organization with members throughout Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana and British Columbia who are owners and admirers of older sports cars with racing histories. Ownership of a vintage race car is not necessary for membership.

There are five featured SOVREN racing events throughout the year. We race at Pacific Raceways in Seattle, Spokane County Raceway in Spokane and Portland International Raceway in Portland. Our biggest event of the year is the Pacific Northwest Historics, held the first weekend in July benefiting Seattle Children’s Hospital. For 2017, we are celebrating a salute to the 50th anniversary of Trans-Am racing at Pacific Raceways.

We accept period correct production cars produced through 1985, Formula Ford and Formula V, and purpose built race cars prior to 1989, as well as selected newer purpose-built race cars at the discretion of the Competition Committee. Each racing weekend features a minimum of four race classes. Additional classes may be added depending on the number of entries. A typical SOVREN racing weekend offers over two and one half hours of seat time.

There are three ways to enjoy SOVREN Vintage Racing: RACE, EXPERIENCE, or PARTICIPATE. Learn more below.
